Privacy notice
Your enquiry details.
Draft for South African legal review before production launch.
This notice describes the data handling built into this website. It does not claim legal compliance and should be reviewed once the final domain, email provider and retention policy are confirmed.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, optional business and location details, coffee interest, pack and format preferences, estimated quantity, optional message, and your privacy and marketing choices.
Why we use it
Ifalethu Coffee uses enquiry information to respond, confirm availability and delivery, and discuss an order or business request. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default.
How it is sent
Validated enquiries are sent server-side to the configured Ifalethu Coffee email inbox. A configured CRM webhook may also receive the validated enquiry. Form details are not sent to analytics.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics are disabled by default. The site does not add a cookie banner when non-essential tracking is not active. If analytics are enabled later, this notice and the consent approach must be reviewed.
Security and retention
The site validates form input, limits message sizes and avoids storing form contents in browser storage. A final retention period and deletion process still require owner and legal confirmation.
